Our services are intended for use within Canada only. Access from outside Canada, or through VPNs, proxies, or similar tools that mask your geographic location, is not permitted. We reserve the right to restrict access based on detected location.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use our technology services. You agree to comply with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws in Canada. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and website content created by IPTV-CA are our property. Any third-party trademarks, service marks, or logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

6. No Warranties

Our services are provided on an « as is » and « as available » basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our technology services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, IPTV-CA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
